The Church of the Holy's Leadership Structure

Ecclesiastical Structure & Community Roles

Senior Authority:

The Church maintains a senior position responsible for the overarching logistics, long-term planning, and doctrinal authority of the organization. This office is currently held and recognized under the title of High Priestess. Consistent with our living canon, this title is adaptive; future successions may alter the title to match the specific calling and identity of the successor.

The Clergy Council:

Operating beneath the senior authority, ordained leadership may choose to be addressed as Priest, Priestess, or Practitioner. These individuals act as our advisory council, delivering seasonal liturgy, facilitating weekly gatherings, and organizing community support.

Pathseekers / Seekers:

Committed members who actively carry the torch of our mission. Seekers dedicate themselves to The Work, drive our Ministries, and anchor our Gatherings as an active practice of personal and collective Enlightenment.

Prospectors / Initiates:

Those who are newly seeking, exploring our space, and willing to dig into the foundational ideas of the Church. All are welcome here exactly as they arrive.
